Forgotten From The 80s: Devo

Remember that one goofy band who donned Red flowerpots (a real fan would know that they are Energy Domes!) and other novelty stuff, like "Whip It." Anyways that band was Devo, a very respectable synth-pop band, with some hits that weren't pop. For instance "That's Good.mp3
" was a song that got some airplay and even seen on Letterman. See for yourself:

Doctor Detroit a really goofy film which is now on DVD, had a theme by a true goofy band. Devo also scored with Working In The Coal Mine.mp3
from Heavy Metal. There music is still going strong, but there last great effort was 1984's Shout. There live shows are great like when they play Peek-A-Boo!.mp3
. In my opinion there best stuff is still to come. But they need to "Twist away the Gates Of Steel.mp3
''.
